4. Payments & Fees

Monthly management fees, subscriptions, advertising budgets, software fees, and third-party costs are the responsibility of the client.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, workflows, automations, branding, designs, and digital infrastructure created by Morante Digital Systems remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party software providers including CRM platforms, hosting companies, communication providers, and automation tools.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
